  1. Do you offer delivery within Lebanon?

Yes, we offer delivery across Lebanon. Once you place an order, we will ship it directly to your address. Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days, and delivery times may vary based on your location.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Lebanon. You can pay in cash when the delivery arrives at your doorstep.

  1. What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a No Refund, Only Exchange Policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • You will need to cover the shipping cost for the exchange.

Each product comes with specific care instructions. However, as a general guideline:
